Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

  • 10 minutes (plus refrigerating rice)

Instructions

For the crispy rice:

Cook sushi rice and mix with rice vinegar and salt

Press into a pan, refrigerate until firm

Cut into rectangles and pan-fry until golden and crispy

For the spicy tuna:


Top each crispy rice with tuna mixture

Add sriracha, mayo, sesame oil, and scallions if wanted

Garnish with jalapeño, more scallions, and a drizzle of Fysh sauce
